So many of our best friends, sweetest neighbours and lovely customers are South African so we wanted to help them enjoy a taste of home in cupcake form! You loved this Heritage Day special back in September and my friend always makes me the dessert for Christmas so we thought we'd bring these back in December...with a decorative Christmas twist.
A vanilla sponge with a coconut-flavoured biscuit topped with a caramel and peppermint frosting topped with Peppermint Crisp pieces (from the wonderful Billy Tong in Cobham) - and of course a tiny South African flag.
Peppermint Crisp-mas Cupcakes are available to pre-order for collection from our store in Claygate, Surrey or delivery in a 10-mile radius on Saturday 13th and Saturday 20th December 10am - 1pm.
